How I Got Here
I started NBQ Media in 2022 after realizing that traditional 9-to-5 jobs didn’t fit the lifestyle my family and I were building. But the journey really began in 2020, when I took on a blend of roles as an executive assistant and social media manager within a family business.
That’s when I noticed something: the businesses I worked with weren’t short on ideas. They were short on someone who could catch every one of those ideas, even the half-formed ones, the ones that changed direction mid-sentence and turn them into something that actually ran.
That’s the part of the job I love most. Not the task list. The moment something finally clicks into place on a call, live, in real time, and you can feel it land: it makes sense now, it works, the pieces are together.
Today, that’s what NBQ Media is built around. I’m not just ticking off admin I’m holding the whole operational picture, so the founders I work with never have to explain themselves twice.
The everyday operations that keep your business running, handled so well you stop thinking about them.
Clean, functional websites that reflect your brand and make sense to the people who land on them.
Content that connects you with your audience, built from your actual voice, not a template.
Writing that speaks to your audience, builds trust, and supports your SEO goals.
Turning Chaos Into a System That Runs
NBQ Media exists for the founder who’s holding an entire business in her head. The ideas, the fires, the half-finished plans and has never had someone who could catch all of it at once.
I work with entrepreneurs who are juggling it all, and I step in as the person who holds the whole operational picture: not just the tasks, but how they fit together. Structure, creativity, and strategy, built around how your brain actually works not a system you have to adapt yourself to fit.
And I’ll always tell you the truth about what I can do. If I say I can do it, I can. If I can’t, you’ll hear that from me before you ever pay me a cent. In a space full of people promising everything, that’s the one thing I won’t do.
You Don’t Need to Train Me. I Get Intent, Not Just Instructions.
Working with me isn’t about handing over a task list and hoping it lands right. It’s about a partner who catches the intent behind what you’re saying, even when the instruction changes shape halfway through explaining it because your thinking keeps evolving, and any system that can’t absorb that isn’t actually built for how you work.
I stay calm when a plan changes mid-project, because it usually does and you shouldn’t have to brace for that. I bring structure to the chaos without ever needing the chaos explained to me first.
You don’t need to perform having it together with me. That’s kind of the whole point.
Let’s build something that makes sense, moves you forward, and reflects the vision you’re actually working toward not the version you had to simplify to explain it to someone else.
